Recover and Rebuild with Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy helps you move better, build strength, and get back to the activities you enjoy. Our licensed physiotherapists assess the underlying cause of your pain or movement limitations and develop a personalized treatment plan using manual therapy, targeted exercise, and education.

Our physiotherapists work closely with orthopaedic surgeons, physiatrists, and other allied health professionals, ensuring your rehabilitation is connected to your broader care and supporting a coordinated path to recovery.

Meet Your Physiotherapists

Our physiotherapists deliver rehabilitation to support movement and function.

What to Expect?

At your first physiotherapy appointment, you will meet with one of our physiotherapists for a thorough assessment. They will review your medical history, discuss your symptoms and goals, and assess your movement, strength, mobility, and function.

Your physiotherapist will explain their findings and recommend a personalized treatment plan based on your assessment and goals. Treatment may include hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, movement retraining, and education to support your recovery and improve function.

Your physiotherapist will answer your questions, monitor your progress, and adjust your treatment plan as needed throughout your rehabilitation.

No referral is required to consult with one of our Physiotherapists.
