Dr. Alexandra Stratton completed medical school at the University of Calgary. Her post-graduate training took her to St. John’s Newfoundland for orthopedic surgery residency, back to Calgary for a master’s degree in clinical epidemiology and adult spine surgery fellowship, then Oxford, UK for further spine surgery fellowship training.

After practicing adult spine surgery at an level one trauma centre in Ottawa, ON for several years in both a clinical and academic capacity, she returned to Calgary and is pleased to join Access Orthopedics. She has extensive experience diagnosing and treating degenerative and traumatic spinal conditions and has an appreciation that these conditions often co-exist with other orthopedic conditions
