Driven by a passion for helping others, Michael joined Access Orthopaedics in 2025 as a Patient Care Coordinator in the Acute Injury and Cast Clinic. He has since moved into the role of Surgical Office Assistant to Dr. Randa Berdusco, where he keeps building his experience in patient care and healthcare administration.

Outside of work, Michael is often on the golf course or out making memories with Charlie, his four-year-old German Shepherd.
