Petri brings 11 years of experience across healthcare operations, clinical care, and administration to the Access Orthopaedics team. Most recently, she served as Operations Manager for a multi-clinic hearing healthcare network, where she led a team of 28 employees across 14 clinics, managed the successful setup and opening of three new locations, and drove measurable improvements to accounts receivable and clinic KPIs.

Before moving into operations, she held clinical coordination and client care roles across several healthcare organizations, and began her career in direct patient care as a Clinical Audiologist and later an In-House Audiologist, giving her firsthand insight into clinical operations that now shapes how she runs day-to-day business at the clinic.

She holds a Bachelor of Communication Pathology, specializing in Audiology, from the University of Pretoria. Since joining Access Orthopaedics as Director of Operations 8 months ago, Petri has focused on strengthening clinic operations, staff onboarding, and administrative efficiency. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, gaming, and painting, and is fluent in both Afrikaans and English. Looking ahead, Petri hopes to keep growing in her current role and pursue a business degree to further develop her operations leadership.
