Josh Kutcher

MD, MSc, FRCPC, CSCN Diplomate

Dr. Josh Kutcher completed his Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology at  the University of Calgary in 2008. He then went on to complete a Masters of Science research based graduate program in Stem Cell Biology/Regenerative Medicine. Josh then received his Doctorate of  Medicine from the University Alberta in 2017 and subsequently completed a 5-year residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Following completion of his formal training and Fellow of the Royal College Physicians of Canada (FRCPC) designation, he then obtained his Canadian Society of Clinical Neurophysiologist (CSCN) Diplomate in EMG in order to perform and interpret electromyography and nerve conduction testing.

He has completed additional training in performing MSK ultrasound interventions as well as fluoroscopic spine procedures. Josh continues to be interested in research pertaining to regenerative medicine and has published papers in the field of stem cell therapies and platelet rich plasma for MSK applications. He currently holds positions as a Clinical Lecturer with the University of Calgary and the University of Alberta.
